Expect Downgrade Service At Weekends

Stayed here mainly due to wanting to visit the local area. The main selling point was the car service to local attractions, as I was travellng internationally without a car. Arrived to find that the service did not run on a weekend - which isn't advertised in the marketing materials.

Had this been clear, I would have selected a different IHG hotel.

Generally, the property was clean and acceptable, but there were a few niggles about the stay which really shouldn't happen. Probably much better to be used as a business hotel during the week.
