Very friendly service.

There is construction going on and street noise. I was woken at 5-00a.m. by loud machinery. The hotel is poorly located in a run-down area of Hamilton - vagrants, pay-day loan stores, thrift stores etc. - I was told by hotel staff that at least there weren't people carrying guns like in the US, but it did not make me feel safe walking around outside at night.
The spa was broken and nobody seemed to know when it would be fixed - it wasn't fixed the week we stayed there. I would have thought that a pricey hotel would have fixed things more quickly.
That said the hotel had high standards of cleanliness and superior bath and bed linens. The continental breakfast was good.

Stayed for one night - and the Hotel'a location is the best. When compared to other Crowne Plaza properties it doesn't feel like it is in the same category though mind this property is clean, well maintained and staff is super friendly. For a night or two it just works.

Housekeeping

One night the room wasn't made up. When I called down I requested towels as it was 11:00pm and we just wanted to go to sleep. Staff did come up and replace the towels however still a huge bummer to come in after a 18 hour day to unmade beds and dirty towels.
