Our seven Brussels business hotels are ideally located, with accommodation available in central Brussels as well as close to the airport.
Perhaps best known for its hub of European Union activity, Brussels is far more than just a political and business centre. When the meetings are done, it’s time to soak up some of the city’s spectacular history, culture and entertainment.
No trip to Brussels would be complete without a walk around Grand-Place, a UNESCO World Heritage site with roots that can be traced back to the 10th Century.
Belgium’s capital city is also home to more than 50 museums, including the Musical Instruments Museum (MIM), the Royal Museum of the Armed Forces and of Military History and the Museum of Natural Sciences.
If the weather permits, head slightly out of the city to the Forêt des Soignes (Sonian Forest), a 4,421 hectare forest ideal for a walk or bike ride.
Brussels is also a favourite with shoppers. Rue Neuve is a shopping street littered with stores and the large City2 Mall. For more upmarket brands and swanky stores, try Boulevard de Waterloo. And if bargain-hunting is more your thing, you’ll love the city’s markets, of which there are hundreds happening each week.
If soaking up a sporting atmosphere is more your thing, you can see Brussels FC play their home games at the Edmond Machtens Stadium. Alternatively, you could head to neighbouring Anderlecht to take in a match at the Constant Vanden Stock Stadium.
As a major European political, business and tourist hub, Brussels is very well connected. You can fly direct from many UK cities and there are excellent train connections to other European cities as well.
