Since Tel-Aviv was founded in 1909, the city has become a key economic and business hub. In fact, the city boasts the second largest economy in the Middle East (after Dubai). Tel Aviv’s ‘White City’ area was given UNESCO World Heritage Status in 2003. The White City is an area of Tel-Aviv which has the largest concentration of Bauhaus-styled buildings in the world.
Business visitors should make time for some leisure. A walk around Rabin Square is a must, while the Old Tel Aviv Port area is fast becoming a hub of leisure and entertainment and is well worth a visit. There are weekly markets here too. The former train station at Jaffa is now an entertainment and cultural complex, boasting a weekly farmers’ market, galleries and shops.
Shoppers have plenty of choice. The upmarket Rothschild Quarter hits the spot for those looking to splash the cash and indulge a bit. The city’s many markets are a haven for bargain hunters and the Dizengoff Centre is home to a host of shops, a cinema and restaurants.
Sports fans will enjoy a visit to Ramat Gan stadium, Israel’s national football stadium. As well as being the home of Maccabi Tel Aviv football club, it’s also used for gigs and athletics events.
You can fly direct to Tel-Aviv from a number of UK cities, including both London and Manchester.

What a lovely hotel and a perfect location. The staff gives outstanding service, very friendly, very attentive to guests' needs. We stayed in a Studio Room which was very spacious, and gave us[More]
beautiful views from our windows. The only drawback was that the bathroom door is frosted, so the room could not get dark due to the light coming through the bathroom windows and through the bathroom door. Our quality of sleep was disturbed by this. The decor of the hotel is lovely, very modern. The breakfast buffet was very nice, fresh squeezed orange juice is always a treat. All in all, we would definitely stay at this hotel again, if we had a room that we were sure that it got dark for a good night's sleep. I forgot to mention the bathroom, the shower was wonderful and the bathroom was very large. Overall, a lovely property in the heart of Tel Aviv. [Less]
