We must have got a special rate as I notice that going to use this hotel a week later its back up by 300% in cost but for the night we used it the first time it was awesome value.
Its a long way to a tube station or main line station so learn bus routes or drive, Car parking is the right price here and street parking available.
Rooms are amazing, service was great other than a small hiccup at check in which most people will not have to bear..
As a transexual that presents as a female, has all my profile , ID and credit cards in my legal female name its very annoying to be called Sir at check in even after mentioning it... Desk staff , as in most UK hotels, are foreign so have a problem with the english language not being their first language.. but come on.. I understand that my voice still has its lower tone but when everything else crys "woman" ..... and beware the valet if you have an expensive car.. I got my 2014 F Type Jag back with damage to the front end from contact with a Kerb or something.... Hopefully we will get it sorted as the management are onto the case now... [Less]
