Noisy with very poor service

Put aside 2-3 hours if you want to eat dinner from the bland and unimaginative menu and feel like paying sixteen e's for a burger that doesn't come with fries.

You wake at whatever time the Italian cleaner starts and begins shouting to her colleagues 5 rooms down.

Overpriced, poor service and please, please, please stop sending me a million emails asking for my feedback - you now have it and you're really poor

Good bed and friendly staff

Arrived late in the evening on the shuttle bus from the airport. Staff were very friendly, room was great (aside from the slightly strange pillows), overall a very good stay

Very efficient service and room make up

Stayed twice in the last three weeks and the check-in and check out efficiency was excellent. The second stay was in an upper floor room and it had a glass shower door which was a marked benefit compared to the normal shower curtain. Will be asking for that in my next reservation!
Breakfast was very good with friendly staff everyday and the egg chef could not have been more efficient and helpful. Only issue was that the toaster only seems to toast one side of the bread no matter which setting it is on? Can't pass the bread through twice as it then burns. Everyone getting toast seemed perplexed by this!
Internet service was very good and reliable. A nice touch were the free bottles of water in the reception area.
