Uncomfortable bed.
Out-of-date fitness area.
Pool closed.
Hallways smelled in the morning.
Noise hallways at night.

Usually great...not so cool this time

I love this hotel, but this stay the AC didn't work. It never cooled off lower than 78 in the room. Reported it before we went to dinner. Got no response and no relief from a hot room. Hopefully this usually great hotel gets that fixed.
