I have asked for a quite room. they gave me 3 rd floor. nothing in the room with noise of construction in the back.
I went to front desk and asked them to change my room. they gave me 7 th floor and room was nicer and had everything in it even bowl of fruit , cookie , tooth brush, tooth past and a lot more which they were not in the first room. why I have to go throe all this to get what I paid for?
I have asked front desk two times to use the phone they almost refused .
your house keeper, drivers and the person who gave info for the tourist and places were very nice.
your breakfast bar was not too great,

The hotel has two main problems: noisy rooms and poor service/staff.
About low level of protection from street noise - it's hard to sleep when you have garbage collection car coming at 1am, and nearby mosque operational already at 5am.
I´ve stayed in this hotel several times because of the location, and I´m not very pleased with the personnel at the reception. Sometimes they forget to include your IHG card, frequently lose emails with payment guarantees, and last time when I arrived at midnight, they messed up with rooms and it took them 1 hours just to bring additional bed sheets for my kid. Nothing comparing to Crown Plaza hotels in other countries.

i have mentioned in my rating everything i was having issue with room cleaning they never change the bed sheet i dont remember they have hooverd the floor i am not sure no one has cleaened the furniture
