Great Service Team

This hotel was under remodeling while I was on this visit, but there was not any disruption to the guests that I could see or hear. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. Only complaint was I personally did not care for the new sinks that have been installed in the bathrooms, personal preference only.

Older Hotel in quiet area, Ruth's Chris perfect for dinner. A to the Crowne Staff! Loved being next to Riverwalk.
Room was worn and could use better blankets. Our room was near the ice machine which made noise all night.

Should have been Warned via Website

We spent this past weekend at the hotel- let me start by saying staff was great- not a problem there. I wished that we had been warned- via website- that this property was under renovation, we would have most definitely stayed elsewhere. If the noise and over all atmosphere once we stepped off the elevator on to the 4th floor- wasn't bad enough- we did not get even receive1 of our request! No river view or king room-- due to renovations, very disappointed to say the least. Should we decided at a much later date to stay here again - we will call the hotel directly and confirm that all renovations have been completed!
