Less than desirable experience

This is a transient hotel near the airport, and they treat you accordingly.

Worst experience was with the dining room. My wife suffers from celiac disease. Asked about gluten free items. Waitress appeared confused so we asked to speak to the chef. He refused to come out. Wife ordered a salad with shrimp. She said the shrimp tasted like it had been washed with Clorox and could not finish it.

Have been a Gold or Platinum member for over 20 years, this is my first negative review.
