Excellent Room and guest service

Long time ago I stayed in this hotel when it was Delta ( I believe). Now this has been completely changed!
This is much better now , excellent room , the beautiful check in area and the restaurant of course. Everything looks pretty new and well designed . Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful .

your hotel was understaffed the breakfast was terrible one person working his behind off.The tables full of dirty dishes no clean long wait .You must of known the hotel was full volleyball group/home hardware stores .Kids running the floor called front desk several times.Ihave stayed several times that had to be the worst stay ever.We use to like your lounge but you were so understaffed had to go elsewere.Not a enjoyable stay!

Smoke and mirrors

This hotel is beautifully decorated, but is lacking in functionality.
Water stopped in showers, elevators stopped working when in them, bathroom has no counters for items, bathroom doors are see through and you can hear everything no privacy when using bathroom, balcony doors old and unable to open, and don't even use the restaurant there, two people working, dirty dishes, dirty tables loaded with dishes, no service. I felt bad for the two people working. Parking was ridiculous, should have separate parking for wedding and functions, so paying hotel guests get a parking spot. No express check out. Absolutely should have put more money into service and maintaince then into decor!
