Overall an excellent short stay.

A nice hotel with convenient location. Very friendly staff and efficient room service. Acknowledgment of Ambassador membership a plus. Excellent bed and good size room. Only negative was that some of the room furniture was very dusty. Not acceptable in such a hotel.

I was first served by a lovely lady who arranged my friend and me into a one double bed room which is not I required. Then, I went to reception to ask them to change another room. Now, they had a one-category upper room that available for upgrade and required me fully pay for the price difference. As a Platinum membership, I did think we have the benefits with free upgrade which there is room available and 30% discount on the price differences.

When checking in early in the morning (3 AM), no staff present in the reception. Had to wait for aprx 10 min before anyone showed up.
The room was not cleaned after the first night, and there were a lot of noise (from staff?) in the hallway in the morning outside the roomdoor.
My expectations was not achieved to this 4,6/5 rated hotel.
