not the best of the bunch !! water stained carpet and other stains on the head board on the bed.. map of the Philippines ?? not the best have called to talk to manger as well of emailed goy yold he would call me back still waiting !! was asked why I didt say anything when I was there I really didt want to be explaining to the young lady on reception about the issues we had in front of people any way still waiting !! sp area filthy mould on the walls and the ceiling giant patches, run down !!!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Checking in and out was very easy and hassle free, and the staff were extremely attentive. The room was very comfortable and I had an excellent nights' sleep; it felt clean and luxurious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel's team has a lot of attitude. Most of time you will hear a firm "no" for many things. When we checkin, we pre booked from previous night. First we were told rooms are not available as we didn't advise on our arrival times. After confronting the front desk team we were provided rooms. Duty manager was very defensive and kept on blaming us for not providing arrival details. Instead of suggesting what can be done, she just was adamant not to agree with us. Eventually when we asked for refund for the night we have paid, she had the audacity to say even that is not possible. Sometimes during their servicing, there can be inconsistency of missing amenities. Mattresses are too soft to sleep on. As a result gave me a back pain. Breakfast room is actually a faulty room. Tables don't have salt and pepper and you have to get from other table. Cutlery are never replaced. You can sit with dirty plates. There are so many servers and staff will pass by your table but never clear them or pay attention to. Gym has equipment with rust all over and some are hard to use. Treadmills have screws coming off. I asked for ironing of my suits and was told that there are no facilities available instead I must go to a neighbouring laundry who will happily do the same. In today's world any business hotel offers this service. TV channels are hard to access and have to go through layers of selection. This is definitely not an Intercon hotel which I am used to. Water pressure in shower is a dismal.

Positive - Hotel is ideally located next to EXCEL with 5 minutes.Rooms are spacious with all relevant amenities. It has a nice writing desk.
