Rooms and bathrooms were nice, though a little dated. Wi-fi connection speeds and reliability were good - free for IHG members. Good location. A lot of noise next door and in the hallway. Room service was expensive and food arrived cold and required a bottle opener to open the drink - which was not provided. I called to get the bottle opener, which took 15min and was then charged a long distance call.

Clean hotel and room
Dated decor and furnishings, broken door lock
Very limited room service menu, they charge a 'delivery fee' on top of the cost, expensive and wasn't very good either
Tiny one room (looks like a converted hotel room) 'breakfast room' and hard to find
