Good start but more improvements needed

The refurbished room was nice but small details such as a working coffee machine were overlooked.

The refurbished bar / reception area is a good start, but the fact that old reception area is still open, but unoccupied is misleading.

Staff in the hotel are friendly and welcoming.

Heavy rennovation noise started at 8am which was very intrusive and intertupted my resting

Great Location, Good Service, and Nice Room

It was my first time at this hotel. It is in a great Los Angeles location -close to shopping, to restaurants, and to many go-to LA neighborhoods. A walk outside the hotel for exercise was enjoyable. I stayed in one of newly renovated rooms - very nice.

We left two days early because this place was so bad. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. That is the only good thing I have to say about this place.

Looks Okay from the outside just okay....building run down very old..pluming was awful and a huge hairy spider was crawling over ceiling was not pleasant. only stayed one night and that was too much.
