Old hotel needs complete renovation

16 April 2015

I believe the hotel is under renovation, but no one ever discussed that with us. The rooms are old. Fairly clean, but very old. A lot of money for an old hotel.

Bad experience in Crown Plaza Beverly Hills

16 April 2015

1. On the first day we've checked in there wasn't any room with 2 double beds as we ordered until the evening.
2. The 4th floor was very loudly. At 6Am there was noise from the next room that that would not let us sleep.
3. The towels came twice with dirt and hair on them.
4. As a CEO of a big company and IHG member, my secretary sent the hotel an email regarding my stay. I received an email from the hotel reservation but when I checked in the front desk did not know any thing about this.
5. I was very disappointed from my stay in your hotel. This is not the crown plaza I got to know.

Filthy, broke down and construction at 7am with hammers and drills.

16 April 2015

We checked in late and my 18 year old son and I were given a room with 1 bed when a double was requested. Eventually got another room that the beds had been slept in (hair, lint, etc). Tub would fill to your shins with water when taking a shower. Toilet wouldn't flush. Stains in the carpet. And construction on the floor above us started around 7am each morning. Hammers and drills are really a rude awakening that time of morning while on vacation!
