on arrival after a traumatic time searching for luggage at LAX without success, the staff were very sympathetic, both at reception and at the concierge desk - the stay at the hotel was good both in terms of comfort, location and helpful advice and support from the staff. The concierge rebooked our tour, contacted the limousine to confirm pick up and generally offered support when we tried to track down our lost luggage with BA.
the bar and restaurant were both good and the breakfasts wholesome.

This hotel is in desperate need of a facelift. The rooms are dreary and the garage elevator was a true throw back. The bathrooms were sorely outdated.
The worst part of this hotel were the paper thin walls. I was awoken multiple times by the room next door to mine. I heard voices as well as the tv and alarm clock. When I told the front desk they said next time request a non- adjoining room. I was in a non-adjoining room already.
The staff was not helpful or even friendly. When I checked in I was pointed in the direction of the elevator and given no further information. I found out at check out that I did indeed have wifi access. If there were any amenities in this hotel I did not know of any of them.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but all the negatives outweigh these positives and I would not recommend this hotel.

Always happy to stay at the Crowne Beverly Hills. Clean and Comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff and lots of parking on site. Great location, walking distance to lots of great shopping and food. Price is very competitive for the location.

Great location. Decent price. Staff is very nice. Beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are not great. They're small, and I hate them being right off the bedroom. You can here other toilets flush. It can be annoying. But the location and price trumps these things. I'd stay there again.....

it is a nice hotel and has a nice location. bed is comfortable and service is good.
The only thing I do not like is the billing. My bill is over charged $57.58. I stayed this hotel for 5 nights and all nights are paid by points. When I checked out, front desk told me that there is no any charge. That is correct because all of these points are prepaid.
However, when I went through my credit card bill later, there is $57.58 charges from this hotel. I immediately contact hotel on Feb 19th, hotel admited this is an error and they will issue refunds to my credit card in 72 hours. However, as of today, Feb 25th, I still have not received the refunds. I gave hotel accounting department a couple of calls and all call went to voice mail.
I think the hotel is fine but I do not like these kinds of billing errors. These billing error and unnotified charge has let me lower the score of this hotel because most of people will not check their credit card charge details everyday. Also Hotel does not keep their word to refund $57.58 overcharge in 72 hours. I still need to make a couple of calls in next a couple of days. Nobody would like to spend a lot of time on fixing other people's errors.

This was a nice hotel though I feel it was overpriced due to the size and quality of amenities such as the bathroom. The room needs to be updated with a modern look and the bathroom was still the same as it was first built it seems. I suppose when paying for a top facility such as the Crowne Plaza esp in Beverly Hills, you would expect that to be the case. The fitness room was nice especially since it is open 24 hours, but there is no pool nor jacuzzi at this facility. The staff was very friendly and allowed a late checkout without hesitation. The lobby is nice overall with many amenities to help the traveler. I would recommend this hotel overall.

The double beds are comfortable, the room is well maintained and the service is excellent. This hotel is in the location I needed to be. The cleaning staff is excellent. I left a note requesting extra soap and towels and I was very well taken care of. The room's decor is a dated classic style and in a very good condition. It offers free internet access and a flat screen TV. In the lobby we found hot apple cider offered to all guests. In the room we found aromatherapy lotions and spray to help guests relax. The staff is attentive to all our needs.

The bathroom tub was partially plugged and water did not drain while taking shower. Room service was poor and full towel supply was missing and it got worse day after day. This is annoying for a 5 star hotel that I thought I was paying. Attention should be paid to more details.

The Crown Plaza, Beverly Hills, is an excellent hotel whose staff makes every effort to take care of visitors. It is located far enough off a main street (Pico Ave.) to ensure quiet rest and minimal traffic during busy times.
The restaurant is nice and there is a bar/lounge off the lobby that would satisfy a desire for a relaxing visit in a quiet atmosphere.
Parking is valet or self, with a hefty charge for either. I self-park for less than $20 a day.
There is a nice pool and jacuzzi outside, adjacent to the restaurant that are open until 10 p.m. Towels are supplied.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, furnished with modern conveniences, and most provide a view of either downtown L.A. or Westwood (pool view.)
Overall, this is a nice hotel in a decent location. A five minute drive gets you to the 405 freeway, and it is close to Rodeo Drive, the Museum of Tolerance, plenty of fine diners, and Studio City.

From my check-in with Shayne to my many snacks and breakfasts in the Clubroom with Lucy to the front door staff--Vic and Romano--everyone was terrific and made my stay a very special one. When you travel solo it is especially nice to feel like you are part of a caring group.

This has now become our go-to hotel in LA when we come in to visit our kids. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel has all the amenities that we want, and in particular the staff have obviously been well-trained. The location is excellent for us, the neighborhood has just what we look for when we go out, and considering all these things, the price is fine. We have stayed elsewhere in LA but this is definitely our preference. Kudos to Ryan at the front desk for great service during our most recent stay. We highly recommend the 12th floor with great views of downtown LA.

I had the 1 bedroom suite and it was huge. The bed and the sleeper sofa were both comfortable which is not always the case with sleeper sofas. The location was good for my purposes although there was not a huge amount of restaurants in the area. Not much to walk to in the area. A walk to Rodeo Drive would have been quite a hike. I felt the food at the restauant in the hotel was overpriced for the quality, which was just ok. Only ate there once . They have a very nice workout room and the pool looked nice, althogh it was too cold in LA to use it. Staff was always helpful and pleasant. Cost was excellent for the area and parking was less than alot of properties in LA.

We had a nice stay and the staff was great. The hotel itself needs some work the garage elevator needs updating and the Jr suite is the smallest suite I have ever stayed in not much larger than a standard room. I stay at CP because they are nice clean and a great value, this time it fell a little short.

We arrived on an early flight from Australia, tired and looking for a place to crash.We did not expect to be able to check in at such an early time (9-00am) but were pleasantly surprised by the friendly greeting we received on arrival and the willingless by all the staff to cater for our every need. We were offered a room within a few minutes because the room that had been reserved for us was not quite ready.Staff member Whitney organized our booking in a very friendly manner and made us feel really welcome whilst porter Romel did the same and continued to do so during our 6 day stay always greeting us when he saw us and providing us with local information etc.
A special mention to concierge Hector who was great and went out of his way to provide us with the best information for all our tours etc. and was always greeting us in the lobby with a friendly smile and handshake.All Hector's advice was spot on.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, had a great time in LA and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to our friends.

If your looking for a great place to stay, and good value for money, this is your place! We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a week when we were on holiday in LA. The beds are comfortable, staff very gracious and helpful. And the location was great - right off of Pico Blvd. (Great if you need access to kosher food.) We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to LA!!

Food in Marty's Bistro was delicious and reasonably priced.
I cannot praise Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills highly enough. Thank you for a most enjoyable 3 day stay.

Good, smart hotel, lovely large room with a view of the Hollywood sign. Bathroom was a bit small but was adequate and clean. The staff were excellent. Hector the concierge was very helpful and arranged us a tour of Los Angeles at very short notice. Louis (the bar man) was very friendly and efficient and remembered our drinks order each time. Checking in was very easy. There is a car park right next to the hotel and this cost $56 for 3 days, but was simple to get the car out and there was always a space when we returned. The position of the hotel was ok. We were only there for a couple of days so could not find our way round very easy but did find we were very close to Rodeo Drive. If we visited Los Angeles again, I would use this hotel again as we very much enjoyed our visit.

Had stayed at this property many times in past but stopped because there had been flood on upper floors which resulted in foul odour and lots of equipment to dry out the walls, etc. Elevator service had been interrupted.
Decided to try again and experience was excellent. Staff was responsive and welcoming. Recogniton was given to Priority Club Gold status.

Arrived in LA around 8am after a 14hr flight from Melbourne and feeling very tired and was hoping to just pick up the hire car and hopefully book into Crowne Plaza early. Well the car hire process was slow and painful(wouldnt reccommend Dollar Car rentals) but the service from Crowne Plaza more than made up for it. We arrived at Crowne Plaza arounf 10:30am and thought we would try our luck and ask if we could check in early. When we drove into the Crowne Plaze the concierge was more than helpful which was an indication of the service we received throughout our stay. We parked the car and was cordially greeted upon entering Crowne Plaza and directed to the check-in counter. We acknowledged that we were very early for checkin but thought we would ask anyway. We asked the receptionist if we could check and and response was sure we have a room available. There were other items that the receptionist/concierge assisted us with which we greatly appreciated and too much detail to type in here but you will definately not be disappointed in choosing Crowne Plaza as your hotel. I personally do not write reviews but the service(and I apologise for not recalling their names) was exceptional and very professional.
If you are traveling to LA or looking for a great hotel in LA that is perfectly located to Beverly Hills etc,, I would definately reccommend, Hotel rooms are not 5 Star(maybe 3.5-4) but the service is 10 star.
