This hotel is in a good location, but needs a serious investment of money to bring it up to date. The amenities are poor and broken fixtures and tired furniture are the highlights of the rooms. It was very very poor value for money compared to other options that I passed up. I will not stay there again.

Incompetent front of house staff, hotel is run down, rooms were not very clean, bathroom has no air ventilation so it was damp and misty after use. There was a hairdryer and hangers! Beds and pillows were comfortable but there's no added extras in the room unless you consider 2 bottles of water at $6 a piece an extra!
Overheard many other guests complaining about similar things.
Would not recommend for the price.

Love love loved this hotel! First off it was a great price for being in Beverly Hills and secondly, the staff made the experience amazing. The staff was so friendly and made me feel just at home. Whenever I stay in Beverly Hills again, I will 100% stay here every single time. Keep up the great work, you guys are awesome!

Poor service, high noise levels, the bathtub drain was clogged by previous use, et cetera. I would not stay here again.
