Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 关于会员识别 这次点评是针对2014.09.11入住的点评。因为此次入住为他人结账,因此没有我的旅行记录。 我忘了之前入住这家酒店是否会员自动识别,但是我记得其他酒店都可以自动识别出。但是这家酒店在我入住多次后,仍在在9.11日我入住时没有识别出会员身份。 而且此次入住服务态度感觉不好,没有给人任何热情的感觉。真是难以理解! 12 September 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 不是很美好的体验 硬件:在当地算很好的,可是对于我来说只能是一般般,房间整体偏暗,给人压抑的感觉。 服务:前台办入住态度一般,对于白金会员没有足够的重视,前台经理以房型紧张(不是没有)的理由拒绝升级到本店有特色的湖景房,导致整个入住低于预期。房间清洁度一般,掀开马桶盖上面居然还有水渍。 餐饮:早餐尚可,比较丰富,在旋转餐厅景色也不错,弥补了房间没有湖景的遗憾。 总结:这家高昂的价格导致其性价比及其一般,可能是当地缺少竞争的关系,不推荐入住。 02 September 2014
