I give it one of the best. However certain rules and conditions are not firm and unclear for platinum members,e.g, guests are not given access to the lounge, though all platinum members in other loyalty programs are given access to their respective lounges.

"Tiger, tiger burning bright"! among the Gray areas of Crown Plaza

when you are in a serene environment and immersed yourself to get the uplift
of spiritual bliss,the comfort and surrounding do not matter much.
Our stay in Madina Munnawarah was drenched with
blissful ecstasies,however with some hiccups,it was overall a pleasant
stay at the Crown Plaza.The breakfast was superb and it was really one
of the best we ever had.
Nevertheless we were surprised to see the speckled
grey areas among the so called brightness. The room service of this
hotel is abysmal as you have to wait hours to get your request honored.
Nonetheless,there was another bright spot and it was Mr Deen,a Concierge
staff who helped us all along.He is really an asset to your hotel.

Bad housekeeping and food quality

Bad housekeeping and food quality need to be looked into
Can't control the AC temperature and waited for to long to get the water valve fixed in the WC and surprisingly the staff are fully aware of all the issues but nothing much can be done.

It seems to me it's effective management issue since I already informed the GM Mr.Hateim but he didn't bother him self by replying to my email.
