The staff at the property responded quickly to my requests, and the service level was very high. The property itself is very clean and well maintained. 12 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is great, dining venues are not so great I like this hotel for business travel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and attractive and the rooms are very comfortable. The dining options leave alot to be desired. I would never recommend the Tuscan room on the 2nd floor. The service is slow and they don't have enough or well trained bus staff AND it's too expensive, just not a good value at all. They "sort of" cleared my table from the previous diner at breakfast. They left the empty glass, the coffee saucer, didn't change the placemat. There was a bit of bacon on my table, they don't know how to clean. There are numerous restaurants in the area, especially across the street at the mall that are open for B,L and D. O'Malleys in the hotel is OK, gets old quickly. If you use the hotel discount drink coupons, check the bill to make sure they gave you the discount. The service is friendly, just a little slow. 10 February 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay For Family Called the evening before we arrived and spoke with Elaine about our accommodations. She was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. When we arrived she was working at the reception desk. She not only remembered us, but had everything ready and waiting. Our room was very clean and perfect for 4 people. My only complaint would be that we reserved the room for 4 people but only had 3 sets of towels in the bathroom. The pool was much larger than we expected and very clean. The hotel is in a great location close to shopping and highway...but still quiet. We would stay here again. 07 February 2014

The hotel staff on arrival were very welcoming and helpful, However I was given incorrect information regarding future stays so unfortunately will probably not use the property again. The rooms are getting tired. Fortunately like I said earlier the staff are a saviour for the property particularly the reception staff. I have in the past used the property on several occasions and usually stay with the CP Brand, fortunately there are other hotels within the IHG brand nearby for next time I travel. 22 January 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfort, excellence This is the finest hotel that I have ever had the most pleasant experience of staying with. The rooms are always absolutely spotless, the hotel employees are at the top of their game, and no question fantastic! When I have questions they are always answered and answered politely. When I stay in Tysons corner there is no chance that I will stay anywhere else. Elaine and Amber are my two favorite employees; always with a smile and greeting when I walk in the door, whether I am just arriving for my visit or coming in from a day out. I can not see how in any way, shape, or form that my experience could possibly be any better anywhere and at any other time. I just totally love this hotel whether it is the most pleasant personnel, the great indoor swimming pool or exercise room, the wonderful clean rooms or the ambience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always Feel Welcome This Hotel is top notch. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcome by Minit and Beret. They made sure we had everything we needed. Upon Leaving Abraham was so kind and asked if everything was as expected. Wow, with Hotel staff like this it makes you want to come back every month..which I do! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very dated hotel--plenty of other options in this area of DC I stayed at this Crowne Plaza on the advice of a client, and because colleagues of mine were also staying there. The location was very convenient to our client's office--and relatively close to Dulles Airport, but other than those two benefits, there were really no other redeeming qualities. The rooms felt like they were decorated in the early 1970s, with no subsequent redesigns. The bed was not uncomfortable, but not memorable. The bathrooms were poorly lit and with plumbing that was very dated. The restaurant is a tired sports bar with very mediocre food. I'll never stay here again. 26 December 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Date night with fiancé. Had a wonderful experience here. I got us the date night package and it was a great deal. The breakfast was great and I like how they accommodated for us being Muslims and unable to eat pork they made chicken for us. The champagne and strawberries made it a wonderful experience for us. I definitely reccomend this place. 18 December 2013
