Always a pleasure to stay..just wish could get a lower rate.
Amber and Abraham at front desk were so helpful and greeted us so well on Thanksgiving.
Breakfast great.... Scrambled eggs with cheese, green pepper the best this time! Sausage is the best anywhere. Staff very kind.

Our first day/night at your hotel we had ladies at the desk who were great. They knew information about Tysons Corner Center and when we had a problem with the bathroom they were able to get someone to us immediately. We enjoyed their friendliness and outgoing personality and professionalism.
The second night interestingly we had all guys at the desk. They were also friendly, outgoing and professional.
My one disappointment with the stay is that breakfast was not enjoyable. My husband was given coffee that wasn't hot. Not taking my husbands word for it the waiter opened the carafe which did have some steam coming out and my husband explained that no matter if the carafe was hot, the coffee was not hot. He did finally bring another one. I ordered just a plain ham and cheese omelet and I got a western omelet and I don't like onions nor peppers in my omelets. My husband had ordered eggs Benedict so we traded breakfasts and it was okay. My son had the buffet and he said the waffle he was eating was pretty cold and then they had cold syrup to add to it. Not quite enjoyable. The waiter was not friendly and not only to us. Think he got up on the wrong side of the bed.
I had changed our reservation before I arrived to include breakfast for the three of us on the second day, but I asked to have that changed after our experience the first day, but no one would change it. I certainly didn't want to go back. The three of us ate on Friday and it wasn't cheap to be treated poorly. I wonder why they couldn't reduce our rate to remove the inclusion of breakfast. Maybe someone can tell me.'
Other than that, our stay was wonderful and it wouldn't stop us from coming back or recommending the hotel to others, but I would not recommend them eating breakfast at the hotel.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by weddingC Great service
A long weekend stay with family and friends for a wedding was only enhanced by the great service in all areas of the hotel. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, the restaurant staff efficient and caring and the shuttle service was tolerant, honest and polite. This is added to a clean and comfortable facility in a great location which met the needs of our large diverse group.

I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel while visiting for my brother's wedding. We had family come in from all over the country, as well as overseas, and the staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a wonderful stay.
Not only was the staff courteous, but they were pleased to introduce us to their chef, Sam, when we had multiple dietary restrictions. Sam was the chef for either of the restaurants in the hotel, and the dishes he made us were amazing! Eating out can be a very daunting task for us because of the risk of cross contamination, but we felt very safe ordering food at this facility.
We ate at O'Malley's with a sizable group, everyone ordered something different, and the entire group was more than pleased with their dishes. We had initially assumed that they only served "bar foods", but quickly found out that they have a much more extensive menu. Everything is made from scratch, too! Well, minus the chicken fingers, but what's a pub without chicken fingers? :)
Our kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub and the fitness room, and our favorite part was all the places available for gatherings. There were couches arranged around a huge TV, a large oval marble table with about 8 chairs around it, a conference area where computers could be hooked up from a central place in the middle of the table, and multiple couches and chairs in the lobby.
Any time our group had down time, we were easily able to gather in one of these areas and play games together, or just sit and hang out. It was so much nicer to have a huge open area for everyone to gather, rather than try to stuff ourselves into one or two hotel rooms and try to play games there.
The hotel is also very centrally located to many great places. Across the street is one mall and another is just down from that. The hotel also provides shuttle service to many local places!
We loved our stay and this really was one of our best hotel experiences! Thanks to everyone on the staff for being so courteous and helpful!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 average stay
room was clean, twin beds only instead of queen. no fridge a big minus. The food at breakfast was poor. No taste. I have had free breakfast at other hotels that were much better than the one I paid for.

I have nothing but the best things to say about my stay at the Crown Plaza. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. They really made being a guest there a pleasure! The room was very clean and the hotel amenities are great.
I would certainly recommend this hotel.

This was our second visit and besides the convenience and proximity to our ultimate destination the hotel and staff were just great. We had room service during our stay and the food and service was near perfection.
