Hard bed and rude front desk!

I almost feel like I overly paid for this place. The bed was so uncomfortable we both kept waking up every hour! We stayed there for two nights to celebrate my birthday just me and the mister. First night there, took a shower and noticed the water not going down so I was showering with my feet in filthy water basically. We had to call the desk to inform them and they sent a plumber to fix the issue. During that call we also told the desk that our room did not have a ice bucket. We went through the night with no ice bucket. Next day, after a long day of hiking we did end up using the towels for our dirty shoes or what not so we kindly called the desk to ask if they can supply us with extra towels. The lady was completely rude to us, she asked if we had extra guests in our room and when we told her no she said "Did we not put any towels in your room upon checking in??! You used up all those towels??" RUDE RUDE RUDE! We complained to the manager who was really nice, he actually brought up the ice bucket himself and brought the extra towels. He also apologized for the way we were being treated. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE. I've stayed at plentiful hotels and never once was I treated this bad.
