Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Stay The ONLY complaint I have is that a very noisy party was allowed in one of the rooms on the 4th floor. It was very noisy and difficult to sleep. Also, the smell of smoke was in the halls on the evening of Sept. 5, 2014. I don't blame the hotel for the above mishap. Otherwise, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very neat and clean; the staff were extra friendly and courteous. We were "happy campers"! 10 September 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by no sleep but morning staff pleasant Not a wink of sleep was to be had by anyone in my party, 2 adults and 2 teens. We were attending a family function and drove down from MA...just awful. Noise, walking through a wall of smoke to access the lobby, people toileting their dogs and leaving it in the parking lot...the list goes on. The bright point was the morning staff who responded sympathetically to the issues as we presented them. Hopefully, bringing the problems to their attention will result in more attention by the evening and overnight staff in the future. 27 August 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Maid entered room at 5.30am! A maid tried to enter our room at 5.30am! When we told the check out clerk she just shrugged and did not even offer an apology. It was as if this was a common occurrence. 27 August 2014
