Great area down town, clean good bed, temperature in room is to high and can not be lowered. We had to buy a fan and ask for a top sheet. We hope some one we correct our master card as we have been charged twice.

Pros: great architecture & interior design, very comfortable rooms, good beds, easy access to anywhere, stunning restaurants 5 mins walk away.
Cons: Beware of heaviest possible noise from railway tracks right next to the building. There's not that much traffic during the night but during the day, the windows shake every 10 minutes, making naps impossible. - Some of the staff is totally aloof. I actually don't care if I get greeted when I walk into a lobby or not but somehow, one expects it, especially as this hotel is not any cheap dump. When we first arrived there was a warm welcome and the dark haired lady was extremely helpful. Later on, there was no reaction whatsover from much of the staff, they just stared out of the window looking bored when we walked by. The staff at the bar was something else though, cheerful and efficient.

On arrival we were given a warm and friendly greeting by the male receptionist, who we later spoke to again and found most helpful in providing us directions to the old town and recommendations for evening dinner.
Our room and the hotel generally were very modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the aromatherapy oils a very nice touch! In the morning the breakfast offered a large choice and the food was good quality.
The car park entrance is a bit tight but did not cause us any issues. My only negative was that we were charged separately for overnight parking, which I would have expected to be included.
