Great Value, Comfortable, and Convenient

This hotel is literally above the Mass Turnpike just a short ride to Boston Univ. The lobby is bright and modern, the staff is friendly, and the room was lovely.
Though we could see the turnpike from our room window, there was no issue with noise until morning rush hour. Even then, the sound was well muffled by the window treatments.

Stayed in an executive room on the 12th floor. Nice room, good layout. Lots of TV channels.
Bring your earplugs, the hotel sits on a highway and the AC/heating unit is noisy. This is the only con as far as I am concerned.

Otherwise flawless.

Great stay after a long travel but...

After a long week and day traveling, I checked in the hotel. The receptionist was courteous and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. The only reason that I rated the stay lower is because when I checked my credit card for the billing, I was charged three times: one for the correct billing, one for random zero amount billing, and one for an absurd amount that I have no idea about. Called the hotel, had to wait for 6 minutes for the receptionist to confirmed the error amount, she transferred me to the billing department where I got a voice-mail stating that I need to send an email. So I ended up getting zero explanation to the incorrect charges. After a long travel, I do not want to deal with these kind of ordeals. It is frustrating.
