1、餐厅的就餐卫生应该提高,食品品质需要严格把关,同时,客户的用餐需求能满足的尽量满足;
2、酒店员工的服务意识需要加强,工作准确性需要保障,不能因为酒店员工的失误浪费客户的时间;
3、管理人员的应急处理能力有待提高,处理方式非常失望,特别是餐厅经理,好几次的处理结果都很失望,这样的餐厅经理对于酒店而言是严重不符合岗位要求的。

酒店地理位置好,员工服务素质高,操作标准。卫生和舒适度均好,对会员识别度高。局限于本身建筑较旧临街窗户隔音不是很好。总体性价比很高。是休旅商务的优选。

服务和房间环境都没花说,非常好!完美体现品牌五星的价值。地理位置又非常优越,距离天一广场非常近,出行很方便。希望在早餐质量提升上做些改进:热菜和部分西点空盘率较高,西点质量不够体现5星标准!
