Excellent service given and lovely people

I really enjoyed my stay except for not being able to have a proper dinner in the restaurant on the Sunday night - had to have a bar meal which was great quality food and service but not what I wanted to eat.
THe staff were so helpful and friendly and seemed as if they were really happy to help - even if they don't like their jobs, you wouldn't have a clue as they were genuine.

Bathroom Broken and Surly breakfast staff

The flush on the bathroom toilet of Room 808 was broken, despite repeated complaints it was not fixed before we left.

The air conditioning did not work, an electric heater was provided but the first one delivered did not work either. We were not informed of the broken air conditioning but were allocated the room anyway.

Room 805 (we had two rooms covering the family) had a broken lock on the bathroom door.

The breakfast staff (with the exception of the Chinese girl) were rude and unfriendly. Not a good way to start the day.

Overall, definitely not an Executive experience.
