Calling is useless

I have been trying to reach someone at the hotel after my bosses stay to get a copy of the receipt. You can't get a person unless you call reservations and they will transfer you to someone (actually 2 people) and their mailboxes are full. I finally got one person and she was supposed to email me the receipt which she did not do.

I am completing this survey, hoping someone will call me!

Nice hotel - staff lacking

The front desk staff couldn't be bothered to help me with ANYTHING - never acknowledged my platinum status. Refused to allow my fellow travelers, arriving later, to get their keys from front desk. I had to remain at hotel and meet them with keys. Bar staff was amazing.

Good place to stay for business located in the city.

Check-in was a little slow. Once I got in my room I was delighted with my choice of the suite. The suite was roomy and well laid out. Construction next door and location near the highway make it a bit noisy. The city center is within walking distance. Access to I-4 makes travel to anywhere from there easy.
