Everything went perfectly well. The room, the staff the service was of the highest quality. Nothing could be faulted. This is our second stay and once again it was superb. A great team effort by all.

Our quarterly "get out of town" stay at this location was as enjoyable as always. The rooms and public areas are always clean and inviting but, by far, the friendly, welcoming and professional staff keeps us coming back. By the way, thanks for adding a second TV at the Tiki Bar!

They would like you to be able to say that your stay was a 10, and indeed the stay itself was very pleasurable. They upgraded my reward night to Executive Level and put me in an end unit room with EXCELLENT views of the Disney Fireworks. The experience while onsite was very nice.
What was not so nice was the experience afterwards, and it is for this that I cannot give this hotel a 10. As I had reward nights, I had to place a hold on my visa. OK, I get that. What I do not get is them not releasing the hold in a timely fashion. Granted it was a holiday weekend, but on Tuesday I checked with my bank and was notified by them that the hold was not released. I called hotel, was assured by the front desk that the hold was released. Three days later, I called my bank, still a hold on the account. I had to call the hotel back and tell them that they had NOT released the account. They eventually agreed to call visa and fax them the paperwork but first tried to give me a story about how it might take a few days (it had been 4) then wanted to blame it on being a debit card (it was not, it was an actual visa card). So basically I had to argue with them to get the hold released. Really marred the experience.

Upon check in your staff member could not find reservation...I handed him my ihg card and then he said oh yes here it is...I was under the impression I had paid for my night stay upon booking since it said on your website it had to be paid in full and couldn't be cancelled...I am waiting for my credit card statement to make sure I was not charged twice for my stay, Agent advised me he did not shoe even though I showed him my confirmation on my phone. We were given a room on the 14 th floor....air condition super noisy...found coins under chair which meant room probably had not been cleaned properly....Great experience at the bar, the gentleman attending it was super friendly and attentive.
