The hotel is older and in need of a facelift. Staff are generally good and will attend to your needs if asked.
Rooms are in need of repairs but serve the purpose for an overnight.
Restaurant pricing is a little high but the food is reasonable. The Rapala restaurant is good quality and has great service.
Pool area is run down and in need of a major upgrade.

Comfortable Bed and Friendly Service

I recommend the Crowne Plaza Port Moresby. When visiting Port Moresby for business I like to stay at the Crowne Plaza, the rooms are comfortable, the service is good and the staff are always friendly. The staff know you and refer to you by your name, making the stay feel more like being at home. The business lounge is always a great place to relax after a day at the office.

Dear Chris Claudia I am pleased to read you enjoyed the hotel facilities. Our guests receive complimentary car parking on two levels, being an older built hotel the carpark does have multiple pillars which causes some spaces to be smaller then others however as these pillars are weight bearing it is an impossibility to change.
