Very convenient to do some shopping and even watching a movie as I did not have enough time to move around. The mall had a variety of food outlets and I enjoyed eating at the restaurant serving local Filipino food. I got to watch the movie "Noah" which was not shown in Malaysia. Why? Ask the Malaysian government. 02 July 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Everything was good except the telephone service I really enjoyed my stay: however, the next time I go or use the IHG group, I better have a cell phone. At the Crowne Plaza during my stay,I did not receive a lot of messages, and the message light on my phone was on all the time. Maybe next time, I'll go to the Holiday Inn in stead 30 June 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Recently stayed here on May 19. I was not given the room that I booked. I booked a King executive room and I was given a King deluxe? Even after running back and forth to my room to find the email confirming the reservation and I was still given the King deluxe room, without an apology from the manager on duty. The room was not clean, toilet was filthy and air condition was not working properly Staff at the front desk are not customer service friendly at all. I have never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel. Seems like the manager could not wait for me leave due to the fact that I had made a complaint about her. I stayed at this hotel back in Oct 2013 and had a great stay. Not sure what happened between Oct til May? There is one Pro to mention the staff at seven corners is awesome along with the breakfast. Seems like the front desk should learn some customer skills from the seven corners staff. 27 June 2014
