Terrible

Uncomfortable bed. Rooms and hallways dirty and run-down. Housekeeping gave dirty coffee cups twice (one time was my first day, so it definitely wasn't mine). Carpet beetles (adults, i.e., the egg-laying stage) in room, and staff did not apologize nor follow up. Noisy, especially rooms near elevator.

I had a enjoyable stay at the Crowne Plaza. I was able to eat a nice dinner and relax in my room after a long day of business. I would return again

wonderful stay

rooms were clean, comfy, close to metro, free parking, give yourself extra time when requesting shuttle, not always speedy. we did the pre pay breakfast- it was very good, nice selection, and well worth the money. I will stay here again, on my next trip to DC.

Comfortable room but Hotel needs a facelift

Spent two nights in this property. The room was very comfortable but the carpet is old and the entire property needs a facelift.

The staff was friendly.

The breakfast area was a "wee bit" cool. Thought there was only a buffet because we were not offered a menu. However, two friends joined for breakfast and they were given menus.
