总体感觉还是相当好的,特别是工作人员服务态度相当好,如游泳池的服务生,酒廊的客服经理等。因为是休闲游,房间里没有提供茶叶和咖啡,略微感到不妥。下次有机会还会入住该酒店。

除了入住和退房要排队时间比较久特别是入住。第一在家酒店吃早餐还要要排队(我已经9点半到了),早餐厅工作人员态度也比较差。其他酒店的硬件还是不错。值得推荐。

Good hardware, no software

Very good location and facilities, which were what attracted us in the first place.

HOWEVER,

The staff service is almost non-existence. You feel almost like you have to beg for attention and/or service. At the reception, the staff (including managers on duty) looked unhappy and reflected that in their handling/behaviours towards the guests. They was never a word of 'welcome', 'thank you' or 'have a nice stay'. No baby crib was available upon request.

At breakfast buffet, staff was yelling to people where they can/can not sit. When we asked if we could get coffee or tea, the response was 'there, you can get yourself', pointing in the air.

At the outdoor pool site, the staff had loud quarrels with hotel guests every consecutive day that we stayed at the hotel.

And finally at check out, while we were in the middle of check out AND PAYMENT, receptionist stopped abrupt to help another walk-in guest to check availability of rooms. After complaint, he finished his 'service' without saying another word to us. Let alone a 'thank you for your stay', or 'good bye'.

In short, you can say that we were mostly traumatised by the 'hospitality' of this particular hotel and very frankly, we will never go back there again. Nor will we recommend our family/friends to.
