Close to airport and restaurants

The rooms were quite small, fine for one night only. It was nice to walk to nearby restaurants. Shuttle service to airport was efficient.

I enjoyed the stay and the service. Excellent value for the cost. I was upset to see an additional charge on my bill which was claimed to be for incidentals... I am a professional and have travelled the world for bsuiness and have never been charged this in the past. I dont feel that is good business and truthfully I was insulted by the situation.

Shuttle doesn't run often enough

Upon return to Toronto airport we just missed the shuttle (by seconds) and had to wait a full 30 minutes until the next one. Many other hotel shuttles had 2-3 come in the time we were waiting. If shuttle came every 10-15 minutes this hotel would be excellent. For the reason of waiting 30 minutes on a cold winter evening I would not return.

The hotel stay was generally fine, and all the services we used were acceptable. The bed itself, however, was basically a concrete slab, but that's just my opinion, and it shouldn't influence your decision to stay here.
