Great service why no zero balance bill or email?

My stay was great. However I find it very inconvenient to have to personally check out to get a zero balance bill which is required by my company for reimbursement. Virtually every other hotel does this. Either a paper copy billed to the cc on file, or an email will suffice so I don't have to stand in line. I get an email thanking me for my stay, why not include an option to retrieve zero balance statement?
