When I arrived, the courtesy was overwhelming. The facility is gorgeous and the staff is friendly beyond compare! They went out of their way on multiple occasions to ensure my needs were being met. The room was spotless and relaxing. The restaurants in the hotel served some of the best food I've ever had in a hotel. And to top it off, when they couldn't extend my stay, they arranged for me to transfer to the Intercontinental Hotel for the extension at a better rate then I was receiving at the Crowne Plaza. The Front Staff is completely marvelous. I will stay there again next week before I fly home just so I can enjoy it one more time.

The only con against the property is the location. YAS Island, while beautiful, isn't completely finished so shopping or outside restaurants require a sizeable transit although the hotel does offe a complimentary shuttle to the Marina Mall.

Great facilities, excellent, friendly service

Very convenient for the airport, and close to Yas Links golf course, the hotel is spacious and airy, with staff who are very eager to help. Rooms facing the golf course have a significantly better view than ones facing the adjacent hotels. The Club lounge provides a comfortable retreat, with excellent service and a good range of light refreshments. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable bed & hospitality service of Staff

Great pillows & bed which made me sleep well! Very good service of most filipino staff who catered for our request at pool bar & Jing Asia..but there is no available toothpaste & when we request to make clean up our room the the room service boy declined & right away said no to us!
