as usual the room was great. I usually stat at the Crowne in Addison when in the Dallas area because of location. There was a new waiter in the bar area. He seemed unsure of himself. Wasn't the usual upbeat staff at the bar area. Very timid in taking drink orders. My wife was served cold coffee. Not a good first impression of the young man.

Overall Excellent Hotel-Friendly Staff at check-in

Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. It is a great value hotel that is clean and on a great location.
There is only one big problem that we encountered during our short stay. Very loud neighbors that were talking extremely loud and laughing all night. We were there for our son's Karate tournament so we had to wake up very early. Unfortunately, not even the hotel staff was able to keep the neighbors quiet. We had very poor sleep that night but other than that incident the hotel is family friendly and very well kept. So if thin walls will not make you loose sleep from the partying neighbors this is the best choice for you.
