Clean and well located

Great place to stay. Very clean and located in the heart of the CBD. Easy walking access to all the places we wanted to visit. eg shopping mall, restaurants, art gallery, botancial gardens, etc

Need to provide better shower rose

The only issue which make me feel uncomfortable during my stay at 1024 is the shower rose. The water was not coming down well. The shower rose is faulty.

I also wish that the cleaning staff will change my bed linen every 2 days instead of when I asked for it to be changed on day 4, 1 day before I left.

Very unpleasing experience

Very depressing colors inside the rooms the mattress in my second room in which I stayed 6 nights was very old with a hill in the middle. My first room in which I stayed one night was full of fleas. For my privacy I could not open the curtains because in front of my windows was a multi-level parking garage. I would rate this hotel as a two stars hotel.
