The rooms are comfortable, and the pool was great.

I went to the 13th floor for a breakfast, without an invite.
i didnt know that i need an invite to go and have breakfast there as last time i received one.
when they knew that i wasnt invited, the lady at the reception made a drama out of it
it doesnt need all of this drama, a courtesy of others is needed
i will not stay in this hotel anymore, staff are not friendly nor the hotel itself is comfortable
you ask for a newspaper, they dont bring it or if they do, they bring the wrong language, how professional is this?

Only stayed the night at this hotel but was very impressed with the time we had there. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant on the top floor was excellent. Pick up and delivery to and from airport was excellent and timely.

The service is always great at the Amman Crowne Plaza; however, I was really disappointed in my room. The toilet didn't have enough water pressure, so the entire floor smelled like sewage. Additionally, the room wasn't always cleaned (no fresh towels, trash not emptied). If I ever stay there again, I'd prefer to stay on one of the newly remodeled floors vice the 8th floor. The breakfast is always good and enjoyable. The location is fairly close to several restaurants and there is always plenty to see. The gym has enough room and equipment to satisfy a moderate work out. Overall, I would go back, but I'd have to have a toilet that works properly.

we visited Jordan for the first time this March.
Having never been to a middle east country, we were a little nervous. The staff was extremely honoring and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. If we had questions, they were anxious to help. We loved staying there.

Well organised arrival and check-in, good clean rooms, not large but perfect for a short business stay. Well designed public areas, modern and clean and friendly staff. Exec club needs an overahaul, but prbably in line for that. Check out fast and efficient and good transfer to airport.

I find it great hotel by all means. however, they lack in delivering news paper to the room every morning as well as many other hotels deliver fruit basket every night and they don't. every thing else is great.

I recently visited Amman and stayed at the hotel. The room was spacious with a nice view of Amman.
I was very impressed with the service, I needed to load my phone with some credit, and even though most stores were closed for Holiday, they managed to get me a card.
I would definitely stay again in the hotel! Oh and I forgot to mention, the heavenly pillows :-)
