Although it was only for one night we had an extremely good stay at this hotel. A nice, clean and spacious room and excellent service. Already during check-in we were spoiled with both of our kids receiving a nice gift, affordable valet parking and overall a very friendly and accommodating staff.
We certainly will be back when we need to be in Amsterdam again!

The bed was comfortable but the room needed more places to put luggage for a multiple week vacation. The hotel restaurant was excellent, good breakfast buffets and gourmet type food for lunch and dinners at a reasonable price. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone.

This was the first hotel in the past year that was almost sound proof. We did not hear other doors closing, upstairs guests, or much outside noise. The staff was really accomodating. Wi-fi did not work well in my room and they gave me a gadget so I could access it! Also, the food/drinks in the club lounge was plentiful. Only downside, the breakfast in the restaurant was okay and the staff there was not helpful. But, there are plenty of other options in the area!

Easy & quick walk from train station and a snap to get from CP anywhere either on foot or on bike or by tram -- so location is good for biz or holiday travelers. Fully equipped rooms, everything clean, everything worked, everything up to international standards. Very comfortable bedding. Super-attentive staff in lobby; never saw anyone pass through who wasn't greeted or otherwise engaged by staff, friendly gesture but also great for security. Lifts accessible only by room keycard, again a nice security feature. Comfortable lobby lounge with fireplace wall (welcome warmth on rainy afternoons) .

Used Rewards Points for a great stay for 2 nights ..was in Amsterdam for the Europa League Final...Recognised as a Platinum Member and had several perks because of it.....Excellent breakfast and bedroom..all round enjoyable visit.

My brother and I spent two weekend nights at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam Central in Mid-May. As previously indicated, the hotel is excellent. I was fortunate enough to be able to be there redeming reward points with IHG Hotels. Given that "perk" the direct costs to me were negligible, however had I opted to pay, the buffet breakfast at 50% off would still have cost over $14 per person...not inexpensive!
Costs aside, I was treated extremely well; desk personnel went out of their way to provide local info of interest and the bed comfort was spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre. The staff could not have been more helpful and the location was perfect. I recommend the club level which was very convenient and comfortable.

I enjoyed staying at Crowne Plaza City Centre.
Rooms are newly renovated and comfortable.
Nesspresso machine with a good supply of coffee and tea with Cafe Noir biscuits and dark chocolate. Something you don't get in other hotels.
This 4 star rated hotel should be up close to 5 stars.
I had problems with the safety box not opening a few times but the staff came up within 3 minutes to open it for me.
I was impressed with Guest Relations staff Samantha for her experience. She explained all the benefits accurately and she is a real pro at making one feel welcome!
Dinner at New Dorrius restaurant is a must. They will surprise you with a tasty curry soup sampler on the house.
Walking distance to the train station and shopping streets.

Everyone makes you fell welcome, starting from a lady at the reception, Melissa; beatyfull smile and very kind. Everyone is very helpfull, and the hotel is really nice. I will recomend it, to anyone looking for a type of boutique hotel with confortable luxury.

房间小、没有景，且只提供一瓶气泡水。对IHG的RA有些过于抠门了！感觉很不好。由于这家酒店的位置比InterCon好，所以选择这家，但入住后大失所望，希望以后再也不用住CP。原来定了Salzburg的CP，这次入住后也不愿意入住了！不过礼宾部的一位瘦高个工作人员很不错、给我们讲解了很多。很耐心也很细致周到。

We were truly spoilt by the lovely and helpful staff at the crowne plaza. We were on our honeymoon and had never been to Amsterdam. They went that little bit further to make our stay special by upgrading us to a beautiful room, champagne and a little sweet desert as a surprise! The staff also gave us invaluable information on dining and sightseeing so we could maximise our short stay. I would like to thank crowne plaza and all their Amsterdam staff for making our first time in their hotel truly memorable.

We were very satisfied with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It's an easy, short walk from the train station, thus saving taxi fare to more remote hotels. We got an online rate through our AAA membership which was a great value for the luxury accommodations we had. We had looked at other four-star hotels in Amersterdam and they were all a lot more. We upgraded to the executive level which was a bargain considering breakfast was included as well as drinks and food in the lounge. Since the weather was cold and windy, we ate in the hotel restaurant instead of walking around looking for other places and we're glad we did. The food was great; lots of variety on the menu and very well prepared.

I often try out different hotels within a city when I travel to see which one I like the best, but after having stayed once before at the Crowne Plaza City Centre I knew I had already found the best place in town. This was my second stay there and I was just as pleased as the first. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the food at the restaurant (New Dorrius) was excellent, and the room was very comfortable and clean.
The location cannot be beat as it is directly in the city center and a very short walk to the best sites in town and both the tram and train station are only a minute walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant to anyone traveling to Amsterdam.

General recommendation: don't go by car to Amsterdam as parking is almost as expensive as staying overnight yourself! I paid for 3 nights EUR150!
Hotel is very centrally located. Welcomed by a friendly staff (throughout the hotel!), check-in went smoothly. Room was clean and comfy. Bed was very nice so I enjoyed that (and wished I could have stayed in longer!). Bathroom was nice too, had all I needed. The breakfast had sufficient to offer. Room service was a nice experience (with good quality).
The only element I did not like was the breakfast room; space was a bit odd in shape but can be regarded as normal seen the location/build in the center of a city.
This was my third stay in this hotel and I will come back when the opportunity arises!
