Great breakfast, nice room. Staff friendly and location great. Club room is on first view nice but subsequently somewhat calculated. A gesture made by an accountant, rather than a reward from a friend.

It is great to read that you stayed in one of our Club Rooms however I am sorry to read your comment concerning the impression you received. All our Club Rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, Rituals bath amenities, a mini-bar, flat screen interactive television and sockets for almost all plugs standard based in the room. When you pay for a Club Room this will also come with Club Lounge access which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day in town. Club guests enjoy browsing complimentary newspapers over breakfast, and return to use complimentary high speed internet and snacks and drinks until 11 pm. Helpful staff and great location

Our two-night stay in Amsterdam was very pleasant in part due to the friendly staff at the Crowne Plaza and the great location within the city. It's only a five-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of many of the sights. Our room was clean and comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here several times while in Amsterdam. Great location, with all of Amsterdam at the doorstep. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Perfect hotel to get your business done or explore the city as a tourist.

I would like to say that i have stay at the Crown plaza Hotel
for a week.
the only matter i was upset was that workers where working at 12.30Am in the morning and fished at 01.30 am. I could not sleep.

The works should be done in the mornings and not at night when every one are sleeping.i was on the 4th floor being a 5 star hotel
I do not think it's right on the customer?
