My first stay here was great, despite the fact that the 6th floor Priority Club Platinum rooms have low water pressure. I tried it again, with a room on a lower floor, and the water pressure was slightly better, but the WiFi was pretty much unusable. I decided to give it one more try last week, and it will be my last. This time I got the combination of poor water pressure, and unreliable WiFi. It's really a shame, because the rooms are nice, the lounge access is a nice touch, and the staff are great. But if the showers have only a weak trickle of water, and the toilets flush when they feel like it, and the WiFi stops working for a few minutes each hour, what's the point?

Had one issue when I arrived but Ashley was awesome in taking care of it. She was so professional in handling everything. Thanks again. I just can't say enough about this Crown Plaza. I stay at the one in Houston, TX too...I certainly prefer the Crown Plaza side of Priority Rewards... I will be back...

Nortika01 Great service
The hotel was very nice and spacious and was done elegantly. The staff always greeted you with a warm hello while transiting through the lobby to the elevators. The rooms are done elegantly too with spacious rooms and lots of pillows. It's a very clean hotel with a lot of pride.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bethel Loud and bad food
My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently. The hotel looks fine but the rooms are loud and I was able to hear what was going on in the room above me including his phone vibrating at 5AM every morning.
Each day our room was cleaned but any dishes from room service were left in the room. We had a few cups from downstairs at the Juno Bar and they did not bother to take the dirty cups. If you want them out - put them outside the door.
The food quality there was also bad. Crab cakes had little to no crab, the burgers overcooked, and the rest of the items we tried on the menu ( shrimp tacos, chowder) left a bad taste in our mouths as well. Would not recommend eating at Juno.
The best thing about the hotel was the bartender we had. She had a lot of great information about the area.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 907Valdez Kind and helpful staff, comfortable rooms
My husband had to have his wisdom teeth taken out, and we had to drive up to Anchorage from Valdez (6 hours, one way) and spend two nights. We decided to get a hotel instead of sponging off friends and relatives, and this was the best choice for us.
The staff was incredibly helpful! The front desk attendants made sure we had a nice wad of ice bags to use to ice his face down, the restaurant staff went above and beyond by straining out the chunks from the soup and selling me off-menu items that my husband could eat while recuperating. Both nights there was a noisy person directly below or beside us, and the staff responded very quickly to our phone call regarding the noise. The housekeeping staff seemed to be very professional, always politely greeting me in my many trips down the halls, and I noticed that in the rooms they were cleaning, they were removing cushions and vacuuming, dusting around the lamps, and in general doing a very thorough job.
I was very happy with my stay at Crowne Plaza, and the next time we come to town, I'd love to stay here again. The continental breakfast was great, the location was superb, and the value compared to price was appropriate.

I just stayed a full weekend, actually booked 2 rooms and they were awesome as always. However, ran into a little problem at the beginning of our check-in and it was handled immediately..I got a little upset about what happened but ASHLEY remained calm and very appologetic and sincere..VERY professional..I changed my attitude real quick because it was not her fault. Anyway, this time it was a little congested because it was Spring Break, kids everywhere in the pool and hot tub. That is to be expected due to the indoor pool and being cold outside...They were enjoying themselves thoroughly... The CLUB LOUNGE was great, the drink coupons were a delight for the start of a Sat night outing..OHHH did I look forward to the hot breakfast, juice and coffee...Thanks again for a great stay...

This could be a great hotel, but this time around it struggled to just be "good." The WiFi was down for nearly a full day, which is certainly a "first world" problem, but it's one of the features you base a hotel decision on, so it should work. The food in the Club Lounge was unimaginative, meager, and cold. Free drinks are always nice, but the food in forgettable. The rooms are nice and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. I'm a pretty loyal Priority Club member, and my first stay here was really nice (save for the low water pressure on the 6th floor), but this time was mildly disappointing.
