room was very large and comfortable,pool and sauna were well kept, water temp. was good in pool and hot tub. the hospitaly room well stock and good for morning coffee, and read my paper well my wife sleeeps. had a great time there .

We stayed here because we were going to a concert. This hotel was close to the concert and my son even ran into one of the concert performers. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and nice! Our room was very clean which is a must for me. We will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this Hotel over Spring Break. Even though there were a lot of Teenagers in the building, the staff was very efficient in making sure that every guest was satisfied with there stay. My family really enjoyed our vacation.

Reserved a room well in advance with 2 beds. When we got there we were sent to a room with 1 bed. When I called they tried to tell me they booked all the rooms with 2 beds up. I was about to pack the kid's up and leave. Had to go back down to the desk and wait for them to come up with a room. We were only there for 1 night and didn't need to be hassled like that. I was pretty dissappointed. The breakfast is really expensive too. Not practical with children. The pool was nice for my 8 year old however.

I was told they would pick us up at the airport once we arrived. When I called for a pickup I was informed they don't pickup from both airports. If I could get to Dfw they would pick me up, I was dal.

This hotel is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. It's a great location, the staff was great and we had an awesome time. My only suggestion would be to put bath mats in the tubs, they are very slippery. Other than that it's centrally located to everything. Thanks for a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Great location; close to interstates/highways , but just away enough to avoid noise and traffic. Close to ballparks and Six Flags, restaurants and such. The hotel itself is attractive, well-maintained, and well arranged.

Originally from Arlington but now living far, far away.......
Our first stay my husband and I brought our daughter to visit college campuses and chose this location for its accessability to major highways. Breakfast bar was average at best but table service was even worse. We ate our entire breakfast without drinks even though drinks were ordered well before we stood in line for 15 min. to get breakfast. I could have done without the waitress' snippy attitude.
Our second stay we put the breakfast menu card on door the night before but it was never picked up. Called front desk who very cordially said they would take care of it, which they did in a timely manner, however, the food was obviously from the buffet and cold. Got back to our room at 10 p.m. and the breakfast tray was still in the same place we left it that morning. Housekeeping had been there because the bed had been made and towels replaced. They could have at least put the food tray out in the hallway to be picked up instead of having guests come back to the room 16 hours later and smelling like a bad breakfast bar. Actually, I did notice the room a few doors down had a food tray sitting outside their door for more than 24 hours. Absolutely unacceptable. Either room service is really dropping the ball at this hotel, there's no communication between housekeeping and room service or it's time for a policy change.
We plan to make many trips back to Arlington in the next several years as our daughter has decided to attend college nearby, however, I'm very doubtful we'll be staying here.

I was in a second floor smoking room for my stay. When I first got in my room I noticed the curtains were closed. I opened them to see the duct work on the roof. It wasn't a problem and closed them back up. But later that evening, there was a thumping sound like a large generator was running poorly. I asked the front desk to be moved and mentioned it didn't have to be a smoking room. Maintenance came to the room and determined the noise was outside so they moved me...four rooms down. It was quieter but I could still hear the thumping and there was another motor sound like somebody turned on a vacuum and walked away. The lobby and commune areas are very nice. Both rooms had stains on the floor and seemed a little worn down. One of the worst nights of sleep I've had in a hotel.
On the plus side, the guy who gave me a ride to the airport was friendly, funny, and got me there on time.

I loved my stay here. The room was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. Everyone was so wonderful and went above and beyond! Especially Tiffany, Brandon, and Stacey at the Front Desk. I will definitely be back in the future.

Crowne Plaza Arlington leads with staff that are 2nd to none ! Not only is the hotel attractive, clean and welcoming from outside to inside, but if you don't get the greeting of a life time by this staff , I would be completely surprised ! Reason number 1 for my return all the time is the freindly and professional staff and the way they represent the Crowne Plaza Brand.
Keep up the great work I will be back !

It's always a surprise at Crowne Plaza as we do not know what to expect. Some locations are beautiful, clean and comfortable beds and some are the opposite.
At this Crowned Plaza, the lobby is very nice, but the rooms are old and dingy. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. Pillows are hard and not plush.
I would not stay at this Crowne Plaza again or recommend it to anyone.

I spent a full week at this property (November 2012) and came away amazed that the staff was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
The only con is that the bed could have been a little more comfortable, but it did not detract from the overall experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for hotel accommodations in the Arlington, Texas area.

Everything at the hotel was good until the last morning of our stay. We purchased breakfast with our package. When we went downstairs to eat, we went through omelet line, sat down, as the sign said, then waited until a server recognized we were there. We had to wait on silverware, drinks etc. After getting tired of waiting and desiring to eat my now lukewarm omelet, I got up to find a server. After that, our service still didn't improve. To top it off, my husband and I watched two servers, one of them ours, argue over who would get the opportunity to serve another family who sat down at a table behind us. The dining experience soured me. Will not likely stay again. Recommend seating people on the front end, establishing a set server per table, and being more attentive to needs.

The staff at this hotel went so far above and beyond what is required for any customer service representative. I received water from Kenny, who was concerned I was getting dehydrated from running around the hotel. Aaron, Jared, and Steve were responsive to any needs, concerns, or desires I had and remembered my preferences and requirements. All staff were friendly, responsive, and positive to our large group. There are many other such examples.
The only negative I had was regarding the spacing of the rooms. We specifically asked NOT to use the private dining room, but were placed there anyway for one room as another room had been reserved after ours....I was not pleased with this at all.

The rooms are great staff and restaurant are great but if your here on the weekend and need rest this is not the place to come. The Atrium carries the sounds of games from the car and god forbid there is a party or a wedding you will not believe just how loud it is. Besides this huge issue for me anyway its a fantastic hotel I would just plan on staying here during the week on the weekend check out! I figure they must get a real good price to rent their ball room because it is at the expense of the other guests of the hotel!
