Gorgeous Location- Poor Management

This could be a top notch resort with proper management. The building and grounds are beautiful. The restaurant was absolutely terrible. The food was not good, the service was slow, and the restaurant manager did not appear to care. The toilet paper felt like sand paper. Just not what I expected at a resort location.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the issues you experienced in our restaurant. I have addressed these with our food and beverage director so he can address the restaurant team. We will be undertaking a massive renovation this winter and I believe a lot of the issues you mentioned will be corrected as we migrate towards a new look and new standards. If I had to pick one thing that I couldn't understand the reason for it not being in the room was.........TV guide.........it doesn't take much effort to get a guide made up so one can tell what channel is what, and find his or her favorite program instead of having to go through all the channels. I mean everything else was great, but this would I feel make a great experience even better.......
