Good value

Enjoyed our weekend at this hotel even with their present remodeling in progress. The value was good and it was convenient for attending the Bluegrass first class taking place in the hotel.

Staff did very well to accommodate the large crowd especially during the construction project.

AS YOU KNOW, MY WIFE HAS A BROKE FOOT AND COULD NOT WALK FAR. THAT IS WHY I ASK FOR FIRST FLOOR. YOU PUT US IN THE BASEMENT, THE LONGEST WALK FROM THE CENTER. WE HAD TO CALL FOR THE SHUTTLE 4 TIMES.TWICE IT DID NOT COME AT ALL. WE CALLED AGAIN STILL HALF HOUR WAIT. MISSED 5 PERFORMANCES AND ONCE MY WIFE DID NOT EVEN GO, BECAUSE OF THE WALK. I ASKED TO BE MOVED, WAS TOLD NO ROOMS. WE FILL LIKE WE SHOULD BE REFUINDED AT LEAST 50% , IF NOT ALL.WITHOUT AN ADJUSTMENT WE WILL NOT BE BACK. MICHAEL MCMILLAN 276 233 9700 OR 2 NIGHT COMPLIMENTARY STAY FOR FUTURE. THX . I AM A TRAVEL AGENT AND HAVE REFERED A LOT OF BUSINESS YOUR WAY IN LAST 10 YEARS. WOULD LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE
