AS YOU KNOW, MY WIFE HAS A BROKE FOOT AND COULD NOT WALK FAR. THAT IS WHY I ASK FOR FIRST FLOOR. YOU PUT US IN THE BASEMENT, THE LONGEST WALK FROM THE CENTER. WE HAD TO CALL FOR THE SHUTTLE 4 TIMES.TWICE IT DID NOT COME AT ALL. WE CALLED AGAIN STILL HALF HOUR WAIT. MISSED 5 PERFORMANCES AND ONCE MY WIFE DID NOT EVEN GO, BECAUSE OF THE WALK. I ASKED TO BE MOVED, WAS TOLD NO ROOMS. WE FILL LIKE WE SHOULD BE REFUINDED AT LEAST 50% , IF NOT ALL.WITHOUT AN ADJUSTMENT WE WILL NOT BE BACK.
