Lovely Rooms and Great View

Pleasantly Surprised

What makes a great stay? The staff. Hospitality is about people and the staff at this hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff, particularly Lori and Jessica are extremely professional and friendly. And David at the restaurant is one of those people that you instantly become friends with. Though this trip was for business, my wife and I will find a way to come back simply to relax and enjoy.

Bathroom the size of a postage stamp!

A resort ? That is a stretch! Entrance to the facility is through strip mall parking lot unless you are fortunate to find the alternate entrance. The bathroom is so small that you cannot close the door while sitting on the commode. The one small elevator for our half of the hotel was beat up and shared by construction workers and hotel service staff. My phone was constantly losing connection with the wireless internet. The aroma therapy provided was not beneficial and had such a putrid odor that I had to get up in the night to wash it off my face. It is unusual for me to make this call but I cannot recommend this hotel.

Thank you for your feedback. We are in the process of renovating all of our bathrooms now. I apologize if our staff did not tell you about the elevators or there were no signs posted. We have taken out the panels to protect them while they are renovating. This January we will begin a massive renovation.
