Ms Havolyn is a pleasurable person. She is very inviting and made you feel like you were part of her family. I would reccomend anybody to go and visit her on the 11th floor whenever you come to this hotel. Ms Mills is a very pleasurable person and is accomadating to every need that I needed then and for upcoming events. I am very glad that i had a chance to meet both of these individuals because they made my stay enjoyable. Thank you.

The rooms were comfortable. The halls leading to the rooms were like iceboxes, at least on the 6th floor. Maid service was slow. Parking was quite plentiful. I would stay there again.

I stayed at the Crown Plaza for 3 nights for a conference. The hotel is nice, the staff is nice. The beds are a bit uncomfortable, but it was a good value and my conference was in the hotel, so it made it very convenient. I did not leave the hotel, so all my meals were eaten there and the food was very good.

Upon first arrival we were instantly impressed with the facility.
We were graciously greeted, checked in, and given the requesite information in an extremely professional manner, with no problems or complaints.
The front desk was extremely knowledgeable about amenities, practices and goals.
We dined in the lobby restaurant, questioned the staff about events or venues around the hotel, and were treated much more like old time friends, rather than pesky business travelers.
The room was most definitely smoke free, odor free, and well maintained and clean beyond any previous hotel we have visited.
Our meetings held in Mansfield II were comfortable, well preserved, and always available staff to suite your every desire were close by and ready to assist.
The men out front in the covered driveway were unbelievably attentive to my disabled wife's comfort, needs, and desires.
One attendant in particular did not want her having to walk to the convenience store next door, and insisted he be of service to her.
He took her cash, retrieved her items for purchase, brought her the receipt and exact change, and REFUSED a TIP . Much to my wife's demanding acceptance for helping her, he refused any form of gratification for service ABOVE and BEYOND the line of duty or job description.
We will always stay with your hotel in any future trips to the ATLANTA AREA.

Hotel was upgrading system on night of check-in. Check-in took about 45 minutes. Upon check-out computers were still down but was told that we will email bill to you. (Of course that never happened). Called to get a copy of bill and told only accounting can email bills and they will not be back until Monday (of course this was after verifying name and credit card only to say we don't have ability to email).

This was a horrible experience. The hotel didn't know the details of the package I booked and refused to explain to me how to get my benefits.
The staff at check-in was rude and seemed to not care whatsoever that I was there.
Valet parking is a joke - no one is there and since the front desk doesn't answer when you call them after eight PM, it isn't worth it at all.
Food was cold for room-service.
Was told a order hanger would be slid under my door - didn't happen.
No one knew what was going on - "We have a lot of trainees".
Some family reunion was there that night, and the people for that were loud, nasty ,drunk and ended up tailgating in the parking lot.
This was supposed to be a special occasion with my s/o before a medical event; it was a nightmare.
I usually try to stay in these hotels for business or travel. I will NEVER stay in one again.

What a great first time experience at this property! The staff and service are an A all the way. Just a five minute ride from the airport via the free hotel shuttle bus that runs about every half hour. The rooms are surprisingly quiet and devoid of airplane noise even in such close proximity to the airport. Love the free fruit and refreshment in the lobby and the concierge service is an added plus. A major convenience is the self service car rental kiosk in the hotel front lobby. The vehicles are stored on the property so you can see and inspect what is available and rent, pick-up and return without leaving the hotel!! Hotel dining and room service is also good. The menu is extensive and quite reasonable. Pleasant, accommodating and professional staff makes for a very welcoming and pleasant stay. It is certainly on my list of best places to stay!

I have been a guest at this property for many years. I was pleasantly surprised when I got to my room and realized that room upgrades include new furnishings and a pleasant design. A big improvement and one that I appreciate. I hope you continue remodeling this property that is so convenient for me.

From arrival service was great and staff welcomed us like we were coming home. The property was clean and modern, the shuttle was able to drop my family for dinner and the driver was great. Breakfast was great and a wonderful start to the day. The bus center printer was out of order and I had to print tickets for our trip to the GA aquarium, the bell lady helped me get in touch with the restaurant manager where they helped me print tickets there! Great service and I will be sure to stay here next time in the area.

This Crowne has a service team with a second mile attitude. From the quick ariport service, to picking us up from a local restaurant during a rainstorm, and added to hotel amenities, this is going to be a repeat stop for us. Check out the QR check-in kiosk in the lobby for even more efficiency!!

The hotel and staff were AMAZING!!! My only complaint cannot be held against the staff or the property. The night we stayed, the hotel was also hosting 4 "family reunions". Unfortunately, everyone was NOT behaving in a "family" atmosphere. Women were dressed very inappropriately, and the men loved it. Seeing this, we were ready to cancel our reservation and forfeit the payment for the room until sympathetic staff went out of their way to accomodate us. We were given a room away from the commotion and crowd. Also, the shuttle service to the airport and back was top notch! The accommodations were luxurious, we just didn't take the time to enjoy because of the other guests behavior. I would definately stay again, when they are not hosting such lively families.

I was there for a conference and there happened to be three other conferences going on at the same time which made the hotel sold out. It took an extremely long time to check in because at times there were only two representatives at the front desk. Customers did not know if there was one line or two separate lines which made a gaggle of customers standing there. I would suggest having roped posts separating each line. The elevators could only accommodate 8 people at a time so it took forever to get to your room AND if you wanted to take the stairs it was a hassle just to find the stairs. It was great exercise walking to my 5th floor room every day. When I went to the bar and inquired about the posted drink specials and how did they taste the bartender explained that she doesn't know how they taste but they don't look good AND she doesn't even know how to make them. She added that if I really wanted one she could figure it out. Lastly, I put a do not disturb sign on my door but housekeeping still entered my room. This hotel is NOT the place you would go if you had a choice and you expected relaxation.

This is always our first port of call in the US as we fly into ATL and we always look forward to the excellent service we receive as tired and weary travelers after a long 12+ hour day from the UK. I am a platinum member and we are always upgraded to the quiet executive floor. We met Havolyn for the first time in the club room on our May 1st trip and she gave us a real welcome. A fillet steak in the restaurant always sets us up for a good night's sleep followed by a good breakfast in the morning before going on to our ultimate destination the next day. We did notice this time that our room was a looking a little worn but beds were still very comfortable and we had no maintenance issues. The service at breakfast was a little slow but we eventually got all we needed, including freshly prepared eggs. The shuttle to and from the domestic terminal is always welcome and we were helped at the new international terminal to get the free local airport shuttle to the domestic terminal to pick up the hotel shuttle on our arrival.

Usually have a great stay, but last stay was not so good even though I booked in advance. Upon arriving at the hotel the desk clerk said that they didn't have a no smoking room with a king sized bed as I had reserved, but only had a twin bed because they had booked up that day, plus the room was pretty run down and not updated as are many of their rooms. Shower lacked sufficient water pressure and drained slow. Since I booked days in advance they should have saved me the room I requested and given the twin room to a walk up w/o a res. Being an IHG Rewards guest and frequent guest did not help on this occasion.

Travelled from Toledo,Ohio, after 12 hours on the road I arrived at 2;50pm Friday July 12th. my room had been confirmed for over a month yet I had to wait until after 6:00pm to FINALLY get my room!!!! I was'nt happy at all, was told that you had 4 other reunions and I should be happy to have a room!!! Very un-business like and I will never stay there again.....I feel at the very least I should've been compted a dinner or talked to in a much better manner!!!!

Our stay was very nice, the one thing that worried me was the lack of towels in the rooms. Several of my friends also expressed the lack of clean towel available in our rooms. There were I believe 3 or 4 large groups registered in the hotel that weekend and maybe that was the cause, but not an excuse. Overall, things were great.

We had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza.(May 30-June2, 2013)
The entire staff was professional, courteous and aimed t please the guests.
From the parking lot attendant to the registration desk, dining room and housekeeping staff; they were all very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We especially enjoyed Havolyn Brown who was very hospitable. She had a pleasant disposition and was very accommodating.
Overall, we had a great stay and look forward to our next visit.

I'll start off with the good. The lobby was nice and check-in was easy. The event facilities were nice(My family reunion was in the hotel). Though I didn't go to the pool it really looked inviting. The room was nice upon entry with modern furniture and a flat screen TV. Everything was fine until it was time to take a shower. I tried to adjust the shower head ever so gently and the fixture came out of the wall. It was not properly mounted what so ever. Also, when I reached for a towel ever so gently the rack fell on the floor because it was barely mounted to the wall. I contacted the front desk and they put in a maintenance ticket to fix it while I was out. I came back hoping to be able to get ready for an event that evening and nothing was fixed. Then maintenance came to my room and could not fix the shower head so I requested a room change. I gathered my things and went to the lobby and changed rooms. Wouldn't you know the Room#2 also the same issue with a loose shower head. I notified the front desk and was they said someone will be up to move me to another room. The person brought me another room card and breakfast voucher and wanted to see what the issue with the shower(I guess he thought I was making it up) and left. I guess he forgot to assist me with moving and I had to move my own things but I digress. I moved to a room on the executive floor with a free breakfast voucher. I noted an electrical outlet dangling from the wall under the desk but the shower head was properly mounted so I proceeded to get ready. To top it room#3 didn't have an iron so I had to wait on an iron. I'm an easy going person and can understand things may not be perfect, but don't continue to move a guest who is having a room issue with one room to another without checking it out first.

While the hotel its self is very nice, I still can't get over the reception. One person checking everyone in. Even though the line was out the door for check in. Isn't it the managers duty to come help when your that busy? Stood in line over 45 min. waiting to check in.
Had to get a double bed room cause I had my grandson with me, the bed definitelyy wasn't up to Crowne Plaza standards.

The Moseley Family gives the Crowne Plaza an A++! The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, very pleasant staff, hospitable service and friendly at all times! We loved the food and the attentive wait staff. As a result of this event, I look to have my 50th Birthday Party here in December. instead of the original hotel, Marriott!
