The front desk staff were very professional. The hotel banquet manager was helpful in getting information about the conference that I was supposed to attend.
The room; less than stellar for this property. No towels, aroma therapy and could have been a little cleaner.

Aweful customer service

It took 45 min to check in and the valet guy said they only had 2 people working so I had to end up taking all my luggage myself. Then get to room and it was not ready. Housekeeping was still cleaning. Then our air was not working and we had to call 4 times and then 8 hours later my husband had to go find a manager and physically go with him to our room to get it fixed. I asked for the manager to call me his name was tony and he never did. Will never stay here again.

We arrived for our event to a parking lot full of cars waiting. Only two valet attendants and no luggage carts available. (They informed us that the hotel only had two). The valet service was out sourced. We were there for Access Broadway and had lots of luggage and bags. My husband drove up later and so I had to try to get it all to my room by myself. No bellman! The hotel was totally unprepared. The morning after we arrived my husband was going out for a walk and there sat my vehicle right in the front where you valet park! Why? They were to investigate because it was parked by valet when I checked in. This was concerning. Did someone go out in my car overnight? We never heard back.
When we attempted to have lunch in the bistro they told us it would be a 50 minute wait to get anything off the menu so we are a buffet of burgers and chicken fingers which was not good. Once again, unprepared. The hotel was really cold in some places and then really hot in others. Overall I would not want to attend that event at this hotel again.
