Even if the meeting chooses to return to this hotel, I won't. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of updating. The hotel scheduled a worship service with a praise band in the "divider room" next to our seminar. We could not even hear the lecturer! They compensated with a free lunch, but the cakes were decorated with Christmas symbols- it was Jan! Very poor quality all around!

My husband & I recently stayed at the Crown Plaza for the Fitzgerald review conference. The hotel is stunning and our room was beautiful except for the leaking commode, and the food that we found under our bed the morning of our third day. I had dropped my change purse and when I reached under the bed there was a food container open with 3/4 eaten hamburger and fries. We had maid service and the only thing that was done was a made up bed and clean towels, the bathroom was still leaking and the room, not vaccumed. The commode was mentioned our first night and the food was brought to the attention of the desk clerks on our third day and nothing was compensated, nor an apolozy for our inconvenience.

All staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. From the pleasant checkin until our late breakfast the following day, all staff went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel, The grounds and lobby were fabulous. Check in was a good experience. We were given vouchers for free drinks in the bar and free breakfasts. Jason, who checked us in really made us feel welcomed. Our room was clean and decorated nicely. We have stayed at hotels that were double the price that were nowhere near as nice.

I was put in the presidential suite. That was an unexpected surprise but the room was not cleaned properly. Also, the bed was beautiful but it badly needs to be repaired.

Reserved executive king corner room for company holiday dinner held at hotel. Hotel very understaffed for Sat night with many parties. Two clerks at desk and very slow.Long lines,Someone at "side desk" came over and ask for those with two beds to follow him. He came and got me after I ask about club members. I gave him my information and told him what type of room I had reserved and he said that none were available. #Forget the confirmation#. He put us in a handicapped room and told me he would move me later. I ask how he would fine me and he said would just move us and let me know. After some consideration I ask again and finally gave him my cell number and he said he would contact me. Needless to say he never contacted me, my guest and I had to endure a handicapped room complete with the low clothes bar and low shower head #guest is 5'11"#. All in all this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had and was expecting a lot more from the Crowne Plaza. Guest was really disappointed in her first stay in Atlanta. I stayed in the Holiday Inn in Cookeville TN last week and this stay tops the Crowne Plaza 10 to 1.

My reservation somehow was not on file upon my arrival, which I believe was no fault of the hotel. However, I had a two night stay and for some reason I had a bill under my door on day two. On day three, which was my check out I had no bill under my door.
The parking garage at the property is a nightmare...valet parking signs are placed all over the indoor lot so you have no idea where you can park. There is a serious need for some capital improvements and I get the sense owners are not ready to make the investment!!!

I stayed at your hotel for 5 nights and the service in the Lounge was Terrible! The servers were slow and rude every night. They never cleaned dirty glasses or dishes. The couches outside were comfortable but the tables were never cleaned dirty glasses and ashes stayed on the table all night. I left my empty cigarette. ( empty) pack on the table at 5pm and at 10 pm it was still there. The Rooms were very nice!!!! Improve on the service and you are top notch!

I am truely grateful I picked this beautiful hotel for my stay in Atlanta. The staff made me feel special and treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. Very clean, food is good and staff is wonderful. I give this hotel 5 stars.

The property is beautifully landscaped in traditional southern plantings and this theme is carried over into the interior with a tropical rainforest setting. There was plenty of free underground parking with easy access to the lobby. All of the positives, however, were offset by the disappointing lack of detailed housekeeping. The elevator floor in the parking garage was filthy -- not a way to greet customers or make good first impressions. To the property's credit, they were replacing carpeting leading to the garage...much nicer! But the cleanliness of the rooms was just adequate. I found bits of debris that hadn't been vacuumed up, a wet wash rag wasn't replaced...just little things that are not fatal to the property's reputation but annoying to a guest. The price for the food in the restaurant was the best I've ever seen at an upscale property, but was only fair at best. The Grilled Ahi Tuna salad was outstanding but the NY Strip steak was definitely NOT prime beef. The rooms were among the quietest I've ever stayed in, the beds were comfortable, so I was rested each day before work. All in all, I would stay there again, but hope that the property manager would up the ante on the housekeeping shortcomings.

Large room 1102. Nice. But, significant smell of mould from the air condition of the adjacient hallway, penetrating into the room.
The first room we had gotten was full of cigarette smoke. The staff was clearly overloaded that Friday night. Check-in took long, and we needed to change rooms, which doubled the time needed. Check-in was very professional. Very nice pool and garden.

I used this hotel as the location for my eight-year old's sleepover birthday party, and it was PERFECT! I am not exaggerating when I say that EVERY staff member we met, from the general manger, the folks at the front desk, to the bellhops and housekeeping, made us feel like celebrities! In fact, one of the mini-guests said exactly that.
The facility is quite nice. I rented a suite, and it was very spacious. Important for slumber party purposes is that the bedroom has a separate bathroom and a door that separates it from the large living room.
The suite had two flat screen televisions; it also has a microwave, full size refrigerator, and freezer. The pool has a large locker room with four showers.
I did not take advantage of the food, but it smelled good. I plan to return and enjoy some adult time! The hotel is in a convenient location and the service is unbeatable.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite and professional. If there is anything that I could say was negative about our experience was the fact there there was maybe one cart available to get your bags up to your room. And, I get it... they want you to use the Bellman so that they can earn their tip. But, I prefer to bring my own bags to my room.
Overall, I would definately recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!

I stayed at your Ravinia location for a week, and I was very disappointed, and in fact, I called American Express and asked them to see if could change hotels, unfortunately I was told the other major hotels in the area were fully occupied.
Your staff was very courteous and professional, especially at the front desk, what I was disappointed in was the general state of the room.
I was in room 951 and I bet, if you were to go in now you would find the same mountain of dust sitting on the 2 fire sprinklers on either side of the bed, the lamp on the left of the bed did not have a functioning switch, and I had to twist the bulb on and off, the wall on the left, as you enter the room had several white stains which I fervently hope were from patching the wall and not from another source, the toilet seat was old and missing some of it's coating, on some days we had 4 towels, others 3 or 2.
I did take some pictures with my phone, and can share them with you if you like, but I think it would be easier for you to just go up to the room and check.

My family has been staying at the Crown Plaza for many years due to its proximity to family and shopping/restaurants/entertainment. It is a beautiful hotel in a lovely natural setting. Service at the restaurant and sports bar was excellent. Only disappointment was at check-in as the computers were down and we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There should be a back up plan when this happens. It was very inconvenient as we were on a tight time schedule that day.

Everything about my stay at the perimeter Crown Plaza was great. The lobby was beautiful, staff were professional and courteous, food at the restaurants was delicious, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was central to shopping and dining in the area, and the hotel even provided a courtesy shuttle to restaurants within a 2-mile radius, which I took advantage of! I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The stay was enjoyable, however, the room was missing a remote, a hair dryer, and the bathroom tub did not have a handle to turn on the water. They replaced the remote and came and fixed the tub that evening.

1st key would not work, staff blew into door lock to try and fix, then went and got a different maintaince worker. he blew in lock then used a plastic paper to fix lock. Still had to get ne w key afterwards. Although it was door lock, front desk said it was my fault because I put my key near a magnet. I dont carry magnets,i went from front desk to room.
2nd room thermostat mot working
3rd Some ome knocked on my door to deliver something, told them I did not order anything. called front desk and they said no one was sent to my room, told them to let security know.
4th called and asked for 5am wake up call. hung up phone, phone rang I answered no one on the line. At 5 am i did not get wake up call. I guess that was my call?
5 Security came to door and said to call front desk, i called front desk. they want all kind of info on me. said that their computers went down over night.
6 when I went to check out asked front desk about that and they said they did not have any problems with computers.
all in all staff need to get it together

I stayed last week for an IHG training at the Corp office. I have been to this hotel last year and choose to come back because the staff was so great and it’s close to the IHG building. The room was very nice but the front desk was horrible. I work in the hospitality business and know what should be expected but to watch the front desk agents be rude and short with guests and even myself is unacceptable! Also every time in the last 4 days I have tried to call the hotel to retrieve my receipts so that I can get reimbursed, I have been transferred to random people, then when I call back the line just rings and rings and rings. The only thing I’m asking for is a copy of my folio’s…. The front desk could do it for me. I finally had a nice young man answer and he was happy to send it over to me but it’s the wrong one, will this ever end?

I had to stay for a business trip and was so pleasantly surprised at all the amenities and comfortable surroundings. The natural touches throughout the facilitiy is such a nice feature. I couldn't resist the orchids and the two love birds chirping every morning. I have to return in December and can hardly wait.

Staff was great, room was great though not at 4 star level for the executive room. Nevertheless my wife and I had a great stay at the hotel. The area was perfect, lobby appealing. Elevators can use some help but all in all, will return with no hesitation.

I stayed for 3 nights. The bed abd pillows were comfortable. The hotel environment was beautiful.
However, my effort at making a reservation from the UK as part of a wedding party was very tasking as I was passed over to voicemails over 3 times and my messages/calls were not returned.
I was not informed that my booking did not come with complimentary breakfast. I had to go to the foodcourt in the Perimeter Mall for my meals.
There was only provision of a cofee maker in the room. There was no complimentary tea/biscuits. There was no fridge.
I did not get value for my money.
I hope there is room for change.

There were only two people behind the check-in desk at 7pm. The line had over 10 people in it, and was not moving at all. After waiting for over 15 minutes with no movement, one of the guys in line went to ask for more help from other workers in the lobby area.

The staff really went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The hotel is beautiful and the shuttle will take you to a lot of restaurants in the area.
It is a little far from downtown Atlanta but it was a $50 taxi ride from the hotel.

Me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza. I am more than certain we will return in the future as well. It was a very lovely stay and we wish we could go back! We did not regret the stay and it was well worth it in every way! The only problem we had was getting locked out of our room early and having to get a different key activated and the desk clerk was not very friendly about it at all, even though it was their mistake and we were not given an apology or anything for this mishap.
